The project revolved around the complete fit-out and the interior and exterior renovation of a high-end private villa
with a built-up area of around 1,200 sqm, located in Al Barsha 2, Dubai.
The villa featured two dining rooms, four salons, five bedrooms, one majlis, an office, a guest house,
two kitchens, twelve bathrooms, staff rooms, multiple storage rooms and technical areas.
The villa is complemented by a spacious landscaped garden.
Our work included the installation of a new kitchen, the complete renovation of all bathrooms, full MEP replacement, roof waterproofing,
installation of new lighting fixtures throughout the villa, new floor and ceiling finishes, marble window frames and marble-effect wall paint. All wooden
skirting was replaced with marble. Existing wooden doors and cabinets were fully refurbished to
match the upgraded skirting.
The entire outdoor environment was developed from the ground up, transforming a raw site into a sophisticated, functional landscape.
The villa's wall cladding was repaired or replaced, followed by a complete external
repainting to restore the villa's premium appearance.
